Following a three-year investigation by the FBI and Microsoft's internal security, a (presumably now former) vendor working as a network technician at Microsoft has been charged with misdemeanor copyright infringement based on allegations that he made nearly $500,000 from running a website selling illegally modified Xbox 360 consoles and pirated games while employed at Microsoft. It is also reported that he previously paid $100,000 settle a lawsuit brought on by Activision over the sale of pirated games.
